How to place an Order
After you Select an item you want to purchase, click on the "ORDER" button located next to the Item. This will take you to a page that will show you your selection and purchase price. At this point click on the "Check Out" button. This will take you to the order form where you fill out the Shipping Address, Gift Message, and The Date that you would like your order delivered. After you have filled out that information you click on the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page. This will take you to the last page of the order form. On that page you will enter your Billing Address, Email Address and Credit Card or House Account Info. At that point all you need to do is hit the "Place Order" button. And don't worry you can cancel at any time and at any step of the process if you feel uncomfortable. You can always call for assistance too.

Delivery Info

Delivery Charge : $7.95 to all areas delivered.

Delivery Area : Oberer's delivers to 14 counties in SW Ohio and Northern Kentucky including the Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton and Springfield Metropolitans.  View Map

Cutoff Times for same day delivery : The cutoff times for same day delivery is 5PM. During certain holidays we may cut off deliveries earlier due to capacity overloads

Time Requests : At no additional charge we do offer time requests. Please allow at least a two hour window in order to avoid any unseen problems such as traffic.

Out of Town Deliveries : Oberer's offers deliveries worldwide. All the product on this website is unique to Oberer's. We suggest you call us at 1-800-783-4747 for orders outside of our delivery area.

Recipient Not Home : If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your gift bouquet, please note them in the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout. In all other cases, if the recipient is not at home we will either:

  • - Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time
    - Leave a note on the recipient's door asking them to contact us to schedule a delivery time
    - Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance)
    - Leave the bouquet with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient's door with this information
